These terms govern your use of QuoteWise, a service operated by ESTIMATE AI LTD (company no. 14567738, registered in England & Wales). By using QuoteWise you agree to these terms.

The service

QuoteWise uses AI to help UK builders produce labour and materials estimates from uploaded drawings and project details. Estimates are decision-support tools, not a substitute for professional quantity surveying advice; you are responsible for checking any output before relying on it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be entitled to upload any drawings or files you submit.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the drawings and content you upload. QuoteWise and its underlying software remain the property of ESTIMATE AI LTD. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your content and provide the service.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that estimates are accurate or complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ESTIMATE AI LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on an estimate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
