Founding Member Terms — The Founding 10

These terms (dated 14 July 2026) cover the Founding 10 offer made at our event on 16 July 2026. QuoteDesk is a quoting service operated by AI ESTIMATE QUOTING SERVICE LTD (company no. 17248973, registered in England & Wales; registered office 86 Lashmere, Copthorne, Crawley RH10 3RT). Members sign a paper copy of these terms at the event — that signed agreement is the contract, and this page is its published copy. The offer is open to firms contracting wholly for business purposes. Our general Terms of Service (dated 25 June 2026) also apply. If they conflict: the signed agreement wins, then these founding terms, then the general terms.

The offer

• Open to the first 10 firms who sign up at the event — one founding place per firm.
• Your first 3 quotes are free, and nothing is charged at sign-up. A card is saved securely with Stripe to hold your founding place — £0 today. Cancel anytime before your 4th quote: you owe nothing, and we delete your card details on request.
• Your annual plan starts at your 4th quote request — when you ask us for a 4th quote and we accept it, before work starts. The plan is £3,360 a year, paid up front.
• The plan includes up to 48 quotes a year, front of the queue, every time. Quotes beyond 48 are not included — they are priced and agreed separately before we do them. Unused quotes do not roll over.
• Your founding rate is locked — even after VAT registration. £3,360 a year does not increase while your membership stays active and paid.

Turnaround

24-hour turnaround — or that quote is free. The clock starts when we confirm we have complete drawings and job details (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm — outside those hours it starts at 9am the next working day), and your quote is due by the same time on the next working day. Free means a late quote doesn’t count toward your 48. And if the quantities are wrong, we re-do it free.

Your responsibility — every estimate is yours to check

QuoteDesk uses the QuoteWise software, which is a tool. We produce draft estimates and quotes for you to review before you use them — we are not quantity surveyors, and nothing we produce is professional advice. You sign off every estimate before using or sending it; signing off means you accept it. So far as the law allows, we accept no liability for any estimate, its accuracy, or any loss arising from its use — the re-do and late-quote promises above are your only remedies for an inaccurate or late estimate. This clause doesn’t exclude anything that can’t legally be excluded, such as fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Payment

Where you choose card payment, you authorise us to charge amounts due under these terms to the card saved at sign-up; otherwise we invoice for payment by bank transfer.

Cancellation, refunds & renewal

• Before your 4th quote: cancel anytime — you owe nothing, and we delete your saved card details on request. The free quotes are genuinely free.
• After the plan starts: cancel in writing within 14 days of payment — if we have not delivered a paid quote in that time, we refund in full. Otherwise the plan runs to the end of its year.
• Renewal: at your locked founding rate. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before any renewal payment is due, and you can cancel renewal anytime before it is taken.

Founding member extras

A monthly founders’ call that shapes the product, and first access to the QuoteWise software when it launches — provided on a reasonable-endeavours basis.
