Online Sign-up Terms

These terms cover signing up online for QuoteWise and choosing the Trade monthly plan. QuoteWise is operated by AI ESTIMATE QUOTING SERVICE LTD (company no. 17248973, registered in England & Wales; registered office 86 Lashmere, Copthorne, Crawley RH10 3RT). This offer is for firms contracting wholly for business purposes.

Our Terms of Service also apply. If they conflict on the offer described here, these Online Sign-up Terms take precedence. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Founding membership and quote bundles have separate Founding Member Terms; their prices, rate protection, priority service and founder benefits do not form part of this online offer.

Your first quote

Your company's first quote is free. No payment card is required. Submitting a further request does not automatically start a subscription or charge you. You must choose to upgrade and complete the subscription checkout before paid work starts.

The Trade monthly plan

£350 per month, excluding VAT where applicable, for up to 4 quotes per monthly billing period. The allowance is shared by your company. Unused quotes do not roll over into the next month. Additional quotes require a separate price and agreement before work starts.

The total payable, including any applicable VAT, is shown before you confirm payment. Completing checkout authorises the recurring monthly payments shown there. Your paid allowance becomes available once payment is confirmed.

Turnaround and corrections

48-hour turnaround — or that quote is free. Your quote is due by the same time two working days after we confirm we have complete drawings and job details. Working days are Monday to Friday, with working hours of 9am–5pm UK time. Outside those hours, the clock starts at 9am on the next working day.

A late quote does not count towards your monthly allowance. If the quantities are wrong, we re-do the quote free of charge.

A saved request

If you have already used your free quotes, we can retain a further request while you decide whether to upgrade. After payment is confirmed, use “Continue saved quote” in your account to ask us to proceed.

Cancellation, refunds and renewal

• Before choosing a paid plan, you can stop at any time and owe nothing.
• After the plan starts, cancel in writing within 14 days of payment and we refund in full if we have not delivered a paid quote in that time. Otherwise, your plan continues until the end of the paid monthly period.
• Your subscription renews monthly. Cancel the next renewal before payment is taken by emailing privacy@quotewise.build.

Your responsibility — every estimate is yours to check

We produce draft estimates and quotes for you to review before you use them. We are not quantity surveyors, and nothing we produce is professional advice. You sign off every estimate before using or sending it; signing off means you accept it. So far as the law allows, we accept no liability for an estimate, its accuracy, or loss arising from its use. The correction and late-quote promises above are your remedies under this plan for an inaccurate or late estimate. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
